It starts with a quick and free 30-minute phone call. We’ll talk through your needs, how you plan to use your van, your budget, and any ideas towards the overall design. This is where ideas start flowing — and where we both make sure we’re the right fit to bring your vision to life.
Step 1: Discovery & Vision Call
Once we’re aligned, we start turning ideas into something tangible.
You’ll receive mood boards, layouts, and material suggestions that capture the look and feel of your van. From there, we provide a detailed design proposal and transparent quote so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises.
Step 2: Design & Proposal
This is where your van comes to life.
We handle every cut, cabinet, and finish in-house, sharing updates along the way through photos and videos. You’ll have key review checkpoints so you can see progress, give feedback, and stay connected to the process as your build takes shape.
Step 3: Build & Fabrication
When your van is ready, we’ll walk you through every feature — from the electrical system to the hidden storage. You’ll leave with full documentation, including system manuals, warranty information, and our contact for ongoing support. It’s an exciting, hands-on moment we love sharing with every client.
Step 4: Delivery & Handover
Our connection doesn’t end at delivery.
We’re here for upgrades, maintenance questions, or any little things that come up as you hit the road. Think of it as the extended family plan — built-in peace of mind for your new home on wheels. Plus, we love to see what kind of adventures our vans find themselves in - so make sure to send us photos!
